Explanation of Responses:

1. The Resource Group International Limited ("TRG") holds the Ibex Limited (the "Issuer") shares directly. The Resource Group Pakistan ("TRGP") is the largest shareholder of TRG and, as a result of its relationship with TRG, may be deemed to beneficially own the shares beneficially owned by TRG. TRGP does not have voting or dispositive control over Issuer shares and disclaims beneficial ownership of the shares reported herein, except to the extent of its pecuniary interest therein. This report shall not be deemed an admission that TRGP is the beneficial owner of such shares for purposes of Section 16 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended, or for any other purpose.

Remarks:

Ibex Limited (the "Issuer") has determined that it ceased to be a "foreign private issuer" as of December 31, 2022. As a result, effective July 1, 2023, the Issuer is required to comply with the reporting requirements and use the filing forms applicable to U.S. public companies under U.S. securities laws, including reports required under Section 16 of the U.S. Securities Exchange Act of 1934.
