Explanation of Responses:

1. Comprised of shares subject to restricted stock units ("RSUs"). 1/16th of the RSUs will vest in equal installments on each Quarterly Vesting Date (March 6, June 6, September 6 and December 6) following June 6, 2021, subject to the Reporting Person's Continuous Service through each such date. Each RSU represents a contingent right to receive one share of the Issuer's common stock upon settlement.

SEC Form 4: Alexovich Lindsay was granted 252,302 units of Common Stock, increasing direct ownership by 166% to 404,629 units
