Explanation of Responses:

1. Represents the number of shares sold by the reporting person on April 4, 2022 to cover the tax liability in connection with the vesting of two restricted stock awards, vesting on April 1, 2022, that were granted in 2020 and 2021. The transaction reported on this Form 4 was effected pursuant to a Rule 10b5-1 trading plan adopted by the reporting person on December 23, 2021.

2. The price reported is a weighted average price. These shares were sold in multiple transactions at prices ranging from $2.40 to $2.45, inclusive. The reporting person will provide to the staff of the Securities and Exchange Commission, the issuer, or any security holder of the issuer, upon request, full information regarding the number of shares sold at each separate price.
