1. Award of restricted stock pursuant to the Issuer's 2017 Long Term Incentive Plan. The shares were granted on 5/18/22, subject to three-year cliff vesting.

2. Award of restricted stock pursuant to the Issuer's 2017 Long Term Incentive Plan. The shares were granted on 5/19/21, subject to three-year cliff vesting.

3. Award of restricted stock pursuant to the Issuer's 2017 Long Term Incentive Plan. The shares were granted on 5/29/20, subject to three-year cliff vesting

4. Award of restricted stock pursuant to the Issuer's 2017 Long Term Incentive Plan. The shares were granted on 5/31/19, subject to three-year cliff vesting.

5. Includes shares acquired upon reinvestment of dividends pursuant to the Salisbury Bancorp, Inc. Dividend Reinvestment and Stock Purchase Plan.

6. Shares owned by spouse.

7. Shares held in Banta Food Co., Inc. Profit Sharing Plan. Mr. Banta is the Chief Executive Officer and thereby has voting and investment power over such shares, but he disclaims beneficial ownership.
