1. As a director, the Reporting Person is granted common stock of Kraton Corporation for her service on the Board. The number of shares is based upon a fair market value of $46.17 determined by averaging of the high and low prices of the common stock of Kraton Corporation as reported on the New York Stock Exchange on February 28, 2022.
