Explanation of Responses:

1. Award of restricted stock units (2,893 of which will vest on March 15, 2023, 2,892 of which will vest on March 15, 2024 and 2,891 of which will vest on March 15, 2025). Each restricted stock unit represents a contingent right to receive one share of the issuer's Class A common stock.

2. Award of restricted stock units, which vests in a single installment on March 1, 2025. Each restricted stock unit represents a contingent right to receive one share of the issuer's Class A common stock.

3. The reporting person previously reported an award of 33,333 restricted stock units in a Form 4 filed January 3, 2022, each of which represented a contingent right to receive one share of the issuer's Class A common stock; such restricted stock units have been surrendered by the reporting person.
