2. Restricted stock units represent a right to receive a corresponding number of shares of common stock.

3. The restricted stock units were granted on February 8, 2018 with a three year restriction and vested on February 8, 2021. Each restricted stock unit represents a conditional right to receive one share of the Company's Common Stock.

4. The Company's Board of Directors accelerated the vesting date of this grant from February 5, 2023 to July 6, 2021.
