Explanation of Responses:

1. Comprised of shares subject to restricted stock units ("RSUs"). 1/3rd of the RSUs shall vest on March 6, 2022 with the remaining RSUs vesting in equal installments of 1/12th of the total number of RSUs on each Quarterly Vesting Date (June 6, September 6, December 6 and March 6) thereafter, subject to the Reporting Person's Continuous Service through each such date.
