Explanation of Responses:

1. The ordinary shares are described under the heading "Description of Securities" in the Issuer's Registration Statement on Form S-1 (File No. 333-257459) (the "Registration Statement") and have no expiration date. On September 20, 2021, in connection with the expiration of the underwriters' over-allotment option originally granted to the underwriters in connection with the Issuer's initial public offering of units, as described in the Registration Statement, the Reporting Person surrendered 255,903 ordinary shares to the Issuer.
