2. Reflects the weighted average price of 2,741 shares of common stock of PARTS iD, Inc. (the "Issuer") sold by the reporting person in multiple transactions on December 28, 2022 with sale prices ranging from $0.90 to $0.94 per share. The reporting person undertakes to provide upon request by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission staff (the "Staff"), the Issuer, or a security holder of the Issuer, full information regarding the number of shares sold at each separate price.

Reflects the weighted average price of 19,890 shares of common stock of the Issuer sold by the reporting person in multiple transactions on December 29, 2022 with sale prices ranging from $0.75 to $0.85 per share.
