Explanation of Responses:

1. The amount of securities beneficially owned reported in Column 4 includes certain Restricted Stock Units that were accelerated and vested in accordance with the terms of the Merger Agreement between Triple-S Management Corporation (the "Issuer"), GuideWell Mutual Holding Corporation and GuideWell Merger, Inc. dated August 23, 2021 (the "Merger Agreement").

2. Pursuant to the terms of the Merger Agreement, all issued and outstanding shares of the Issuer were acquired at $36 per share.
