Explanation of Responses:

1. The price reported in column 4 is a weighted-average price. These shares were purchased in multiple transactions at prices ranging from $0.7501 to $0.76, inclusive. The reporting person undertakes to provide to 9 Meters Biopharma, Inc., any security holder of 9 Meters Biopharma, Inc., or the staff of the Securities and Exchange Commission, upon request, full information regarding the number of shares purchased at each separate price within the range set forth in this footnote (1) to this Form 4.

Remarks:

This amendment on Form 4/A is being filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission to amend the Form 4, originally filed by the reporting person on August 21, 2020 (the "Original Form 4"), which inadvertently overstated the amount of shares purchased and the amount of securities owned following the reported transaction. This correction also effects (and is deemed to also correct and amend to the extent necessary) the total number of shares owned directly by reporting person reported in subsequent Forms 4. This amendment also corrects the weighted-average price per share reported in the Original Form 4. As of the date of filing this Form 4/A, the reporting person directly owns 44,508.74 shares of common stock. EX-24: Power of Attorney
