1. Represents performance stock units ("PSUs") originally granted on February 27, 2022 that vested upon the Compensation Committee's certification of the achievement of the Ghana DFS Milestone performance goal, as described in the Issuer's 2023 proxy statement.

2. The transaction reported reflects the withholding of PSUs in satisfaction of the Reporting Person's tax liability.
