1. On March 29, 2023, the reporting person received Stock Options under the Issuer's 2023 Equity Incentive Plan, convertible into 251,572 shares of Class A Common Stock at an exercise price of $1.53 upon vesting. Half of the shares vest on March 29, 2024, and the other half on March 29, 2025.
