Explanation of Responses:

1. The stock option vested and continues to vest as to 1/36 of the total number of shares on February 1, 2023 and on each monthly anniversary thereafter, subject to the continuing service of the Reporting Person on each vesting date.

2. The stock option will vest as to 1/12 of the total number of shares on July 7, 2023 and each monthly anniversary thereafter, subject to the continuing service of the Reporting Person on each vesting date.
