1. The price reported in Column 4 is a weighted average price. These shares were purchased in multiple transactions at prices ranging from $1.4300 to $1.4983, inclusive. The reporting person undertakes to provide to the Issuer, any security holder of Stran & Company, Inc. (the "Issuer"), or the staff of the Securities and Exchange Commission, upon request, full information regarding the number of shares purchased at each separate price within the ranges set forth in this footnote 2 to this Form 4.

2. Includes 80,000 shares of common stock previously granted to and held through Josselin Capital Advisors, Inc. ("JCA"), of which the reporting person is the sole owner, officer and director, which were distributed to the reporting person on June 29, 2023 and are now owned by the reporting person directly.
