For 50% of the award, 33.3% will vest on each of the first three anniversaries of the date of grant if still employed; and (2) For 50% of the award, 33.3% will vest based upon meeting Royal Wolf EBITDA targets established by the General Finance Corporation board of directors for fiscal years 2021, 2022 and 2023 if still employed.
