Vest over a four (4) year period with twenty-five percent (25%) of the options vesting on the first anniversary of the date of grant and the balance of the options (seventy-five percent (75%)) vest monthly over the following three (3) years after the first anniversary of the date of grant at a rate of 1/36 per month.
