1. This transaction was executed in multiple trades at prices ranging from $2.75 to $2.85 per share. The price reported above reflects the weighted average purchase price. 2. The reporting person also owns 316,972 shares indirectly through Fleetco, Inc. of which the reporting person is a 93% shareholder.
