Explanation of Responses:

1. These Class B ordinary shares will automatically convert into Class A ordinary shares on a one-for-one basis for no additional consideration concurrently with or immediately following the consummation of the Issuer's initial business combination, subject to adjustment as described in the Issuer's prospectus on Form S-1 filed with the Commission on February 2, 2021. The Class B ordinary shares have no expiration date.

2. These shares were previously held of record by Crown PropTech Sponsor, LLC (the "Sponsor"). The Sponsor is managed by a board of managers comprised of Richard Chera and Pius Sprenger, who may each be deemed to have voting and investment discretion with respect to any ordinary shares held of record by the Sponsor. Each of Mr. Chera and Mr. Sprenger disclaims any beneficial ownership of the reported shares other than to the extent of any pecuniary interest he may have therein, directly or indirectly.
