Explanation of Responses:

1. This option vests over a four-year period, with 25% of the shares subject to the option vesting on the first anniversary of the grant date of August 30, 2026 and the remaining 75% of the shares subject to the option vesting over the subsequent three-year period in substantially equal monthly installments at a rate of 1/48th of the total shares subject to the option each month, subject to the Reporting Person's continuous service as of each vesting date.
