Explanation of Responses:

1. This option was granted by the compensation committee of the issuer's board of directors on June 21, 2024, subject to stockholder approval of the stock incentive plan under which the option was granted. Such stockholder approval was obtained on September 10, 2024.

2. 50% of the shares subject to this option vest on the one year anniversary of the grant date and the balance of the shares vest in six equal installments every six months thereafter over the next three years, in each case, subject to the reporting person's continuous service to the issuer through the applicable vesting date.
