This Exit Form 4 has been filed solely to report that Reporting Person ceased to serve as the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of Nasus Pharma Ltd (the "Issuer"), effective as of September 18, 2026, and is no longer subject to the reporting obligations under Section 16 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended, with respect to the Issuer.
