Explanation of Responses:

1. Twenty-five percent (25%) of the shares subject to the option shall vest on February 5, 2026 and the remaining shares subject to the option shall vest in thirty-six (36) equal monthly installments thereafter, subject to the Reporting Person continuing to provide service through each such date.
