Explanation of Responses:

1. Subject to the reporting person's continued service, (i) twelve thirty-sixths (12/36) of the shares of issuer common stock exercisable pursuant to this option shall vest on May 8, 2024 and (ii) the remaining twenty-four thirty-sixths (24/36) shall vest in a series of eight equal quarterly installments on the fifth day of each third month thereafter until the final vesting date on May 5, 2026.
