Explanation of Responses:

1. Each Pre-Funded Warrant will be exercisable by GKCC, LLC at any time on or after March 19, 2024 at an exercise price equal to $0.01 per share, subject to adjustments as provided under the terms of the Pre-Funded Warrant, subject to a post-exercise beneficial ownership limitation of 19.99%, unless stockholder approval is obtained.

2. The Pre-Funded Warrants do not have an expiration date.

3. Yekaterina (Katie) Chudnovsky is the sole member and manager of GKCC, LLC and may be deemed to beneficially own the shares held by GKCC, LLC.
