The option vests as to 1/3rd of the total shares on April 12, 2024 and then 1/36th of the total shares vests on each monthly anniversary thereafter, with 100% of the total shares vested and exercisable on April 12, 2026, subject to the reporting person's provision of service to the issuer on each vesting date.
