On August 2, 2021, Reinvent Technology Partners Z ("RTPZ" and the former name of the Issuer) consummated an initial business combination (the "Business Combination") with Hippo Enterprises Inc. The reporting person resigned as an officer of the Issuer upon consummation of the Business Combination.
