The Reporting Persons undertake to provide to the Issuer, any security holder of the Issuer or the staff of the Securities and Exchange Commission, upon request, full information regarding the number of shares purchased at each separate price within the ranges set forth in this footnote.

2. The reported securities are directly owned by Corre Opportunities Qualified Master Fund, LP (the "Qualified Master Fund"). The reported securities may be deemed beneficially owned by Corre Partners Management, LLC ("Corre"), the investment manager of the Qualified Master Fund, Corre Partners Advisors, LLC ("Corre GP"), the general partner of the Qualified Master Fund, and John Barrett and Eric Soderlund, the managing members of Corre and Corre GP, each a Reporting Person.
