Explanation of Responses:

1. The shares underlying this option vest on the date of the Issuer's next regular annual stockholders meeting, subject to Mr. Dahldorf's continued service through the applicable vesting date.

2. The shares underlying this option vest as to 50% on June 9, 2024 and the remaining 50% on June 9, 2025, subject to Mr. Dahldorf's continued service through the applicable vesting date.
