Explanation of Responses:

1. Twenty-five percent (25%) of the total shares subject to the stock option became exercisable on November 26, 2019, with the balance to vest and become exercisable in equal successive monthly installments for thirty-six (36) months thereafter.

2. Twenty-five percent (25%) of the total shares subject to the stock option became exercisable on April 21, 2021, with the balance to vest and become exercisable in equal successive monthly installments for thirty-six (36) months thereafter.
