Represents restricted stock units granted under the Issuer's 2022 Omnibus Equity Incentive Plan, which restricted stock units shall vest 2/10ths upon issuance, and the remainder shall vest in equal increments on the last day of each month thereafter for the next eight months, vesting in full on December 31, 2024.
