1. Each restricted stock unit represents a contingent right to receive one share of CNTY common stock.

2. The restricted stock units vest on March 17, 2026. Vested shares will be delivered to the reporting person on March 18, 2026. Dividend equivalent rights accrue with respect to these restricted stock units when and as dividends are paid on Issuer's common stock.
