Explanation of Responses:

1. The warrants vest 25% on June 10, 2026 and thereafter in 36 equal monthly installments.

2. The Reporting Person agreed to cancellation of a warrant granted on June 10, 2025, and was awarded a new warrant as part of his appointment to the board of directors of the issuer.

3. The warrants vest 25% on April 14, 2027 and thereafter in 36 equal monthly installments.
