Explanation of Responses:

1. Represent an initial award of options in consideration for the Reporting Person's service to the Board of Directors of INmune Bio, Inc. Granted pursuant to the Issuer's Third Amended and Restated 2021 Stock Incentive Plan. The options will vest in 36 equal installments over three (3) years (1/36 per month) beginning one month after the grant date until the option is 100% vested which shall occur on the three-year anniversary of the date of grant.
