Amount includes the following restricted share units ("RSUs") granted by the Issuer, payable upon vesting in an equal number of Class A common shares of the Issuer: (i) 811 RSUs that are scheduled to vest on September 13, 2025; and (ii) 8,455 RSUs that are scheduled to vest on November 28, 2024.

2. Amount includes the following RSUs granted by the Issuer, payable upon vesting in an equal number of Class B common shares of the Issuer: (i) 861 RSUs that are scheduled to vest on September 13, 2025; and (ii) 8,971 RSUs that are scheduled to vest on November 28, 2024.
