1. Each restricted stock unit ("RSU") represents the contingent right to receive, upon vesting of the RSU, one share of the Issuer's common stock.

2. Represents a grant of RSUs under the Issuer's 2025 Equity Incentive Plan. 20,162 RSU's vest on July 15, 2025, with remaining vesting as follows: 20,161 shares vest on each of September 30, 2025, December 31, 2025, and March 31, 2026, subject to continued service with the Company through the applicable vesting dates. Unvested shares are subject to forfeiture.

3. Represents total number of RSU's beneficially owned as of 06/30/2025.
