Explanation of Responses:

1. The common shares may be represented by American Depositary Shares, each of which currently represents one common share.

2. The exercise price is reported in U.S. dollars and reflects the conversion from EUR to USD at an exchange rate of $1.1616 per EUR 1.00 as of September 10, 2026.

3. 33% of the shares underlying this option shall vest on September 11, 2027, with the remainder vesting in twenty-four equal monthly installments thereafter, subject to the Reporting Person's continued service on each such vesting date.
