1. A restricted stock award of 22,231 shares was granted under the 2018 Equity Incentive Plan on May 21, 2025 and will vest on May 21, 2026. Pursuant to the terms of the Company's equity plan and the underlying award agreement, vesting may accelerate upon a change in control, including the pending merger with Republic Airways Holdings Inc., if consummated prior to the scheduled vesting date.
