Explanation of Responses:

1. The options were granted on 12/20/2024 and will vest 100% on the one-year anniversary of the grant date (December 19, 2025) or immediately prior to the next Annual General Meeting, whichever is sooner.

2. On November 14, 2024, the common stock of InMed was reverse split on a 1-for-20 basis. This number reflects that reverse stock split.
