Represents options to purchase shares of common stock conditionally approved by the Board of Directors on March 27, 2026, subject to approval of an amendment to the Company's 2019 Omnibus Equity Incentive Plan, as amended, by the Company's stockholders, which approval was obtained at the Company's 2026 Annual Meeting of Stockholders held on June 29, 2026.
