This option was granted on August 31, 2026 and vests over a three-year period, with one-third of the shares subject to the grant vesting on the first anniversary of the grant date and 1/36th of the total shares subject to the grant vesting in substantially equal monthly installments thereafter, subject to the Reporting Person's continuous service through each vesting date.
