1. In relation to Reporting Person's directorship appointment at Immunic, Inc., Reporting Person received an inducement grant of options to purchase up to 100,000 shares of Immunic, Inc.'s common stock, which vest monthly over three years, effective July 22, 2024.

2. Additionally, in respect of such appointment, Reporting Person received from Immunic, Inc. a grant of options to purchase up to 50,000 shares of Immunic, Inc.'s common stock, which vest monthly over one year, effective July 22, 2024.
