1. As manager of Whitmore Holdings, LLC (and trustee of Bradford Whitmore Trust, the sole member of Whitmore Holdings, LLC), Bradford T. Whitmore is the indirect beneficial owner of these shares.

2. As manager of SUNRAY I, LLC, Bradford T. Whitmore is the indirect beneficial owner of these shares.

3. As manager of Whitmore Holdings, LLC, which is the sole General Partner of Grace Brothers, LP, Bradford T. Whitmore is the indirect beneficial owner of these shares.

4. The reporting person no longer has a reportable beneficial interest in 3,272 shares of Common Stock owned by his daughter and included in the reporting person's prior ownership reports.
