Represents out-of-the-money stock options that vest and become exercisable for $2.075 per share on the first anniversary of the grant date, provided, however, that the options shall not be exercisable unless and until the U.S. Food and Drug Administration shall have granted clearance or approval of the issuer's Symphony IL-6 point-of-care testing device.
