1. This option vests 1,430 shares on July 27, 2023, 119 shares on August 27, 2023, 120 shares on September 27, 2023, and 119 shares on each October 27, 2023, November 27, 2023 and December 27, 2023.

2. This option vests 119 shares per month beginning January 27, 2024 through June 27, 2025 with the exception of 120 shares vesting February 27, 2024, June 27, 2024, November 27, 2024, and March 27, 2025.
