Edenbrook Capital, LLC may be deemed to be a beneficial owner of such securities by virtue of its role as the investment manager of such private funds. Jonathan Brolin may be deemed to be a beneficial owner of such securities by virtue of his role as managing member of Edenbrook Capital, LLC.
