Explanation of Responses:

1. 25% of the shares subject to the option shall vest and become exercisable on the first anniversary of July 18, 2023 (the "Vesting Commencement Date"), and thereafter, the remainder of the reported securities vest in equal monthly increments over the following 36 months, such that 100% of the reported securities will be vested as of the fourth anniversary of the Vesting Commencement Date, subject to the Reporting Person remaining a service provider through each such vesting date.
