Explanation of Responses:

1. On July 6, 2023, the reporting person received a grant of 416 restricted stock units (RSUs) effective as of June 16, 2023, the date the reporting person joined the Issuer's Board of Directors. Each RSU represents a contingent right to receive one share of the Issuer's Class B Common Stock. The RSUs are fully vested as of the date of filing this Form 4.
