The stock option vests and becomes exercisable as to 1/4 of the total award on November 29, 2023, and an additional 1/48 of the award will vest monthly thereafter until the option is 100% vested on November 29, 2026, subject to the Reporting Person's provision of service to the Issuer on each vesting date.
